Product description

The DINIC NEMA 6-20P to IEC C19 power cable connects a NEMA 6-20 connector to equipment featuring an IEC 60320 C20 equipment inlet. The 1.80 m long connection cable is constructed with three AWG 12 conductors and is rated for up to 20 A at 250 V.

The STOW cable used is marked 12/3C, 105 °C and 600 V. The cable construction features copper conductors, PVC insulation and a PVC sheath. The cULus approval covers use in the USA and Canada. This makes the product particularly suitable for professional IT, infrastructure and industrial installations with a compatible NEMA 6-20 circuit and IEC C20 equipment socket.

Selection and practical guidance

The NEMA 6-20P plug requires a suitable NEMA 6-20 socket. It is not the same as a standard NEMA 5-15 socket.

An IEC 60320-C20 equipment input is required on the equipment side. When selecting the connection cable, particular attention must be paid not only to the plug type but also to the current draw and supply voltage of the application.
