DINIC mains adaptors for China connect different appliance plugs and socket systems for use in service centres, workshops and temporary applications. First select the required connection direction, then choose the appropriate number of pins and model. Important: The adaptors do not alter either the voltage or the frequency. The socket, appliance requirements and electrical load capacity must be suitable for the intended use. Choose a China power adapter based on the connection orientation
An adapter for a European appliance in China has different connections to an adapter for an appliance with a Type I plug in Germany. You should therefore always check that the plug on your appliance matches the socket side of the adapter, and that the socket at your destination matches the plug side of the adapter.

Two-pole or with earth?
The Euro version CB-A-3622 has two contacts and no earth connection. It is unsuitable for appliances that require an earth connection. For such appliances, select a suitable three-pole version and check that the earth connection is continuous throughout the entire connection chain. The number of poles alone does not indicate the permissible current rating.
Packaging and housing tailored to the workflow
Bulk items are suitable for equipping service cases and for internal stock distribution. For individual display in specialist shops, the CB-A-AUS-FMKB earth-connected adapter comes in a DINIC box with a Euro hole. The CB-A-Z-SAN3 version features a screw-fastened housing. Select these features in addition to the required connection combination; they do not replace a check of electrical suitability.
Adapter or Chinese mains cable?
A compact plug adapter may be practical for mobile service calls. For devices with a detachable mains lead, it is worth considering a direct connection lead with a suitable country-specific plug and device connector. Frequently asked questions about power adaptors for China
Does every China adapter fit every device?
No. The specific socket, the device plug, the number of pins and the electrical ratings are crucial. The country designation alone is not sufficient for making a selection. You should also check the requirements at the intended location of use.
Does a mains adapter convert the voltage?
No. The adaptors on offer simply adapt the plug connection. The voltage and frequency remain unchanged. The connected device must be designed for the local mains supply.
