Returns as a gesture of goodwill

If we allow a return without any defect as a gesture of goodwill, fees may apply, for example for storage and handling. A restocking fee of at least 15% of the net value of the goods will be charged.

  • The delivery note and/or invoice must be provided.
  • Goods must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
  • Bespoke items and items not held in stock are excluded from exchange.

1. Submit a request Please provide the item number(s), quantity, delivery note number/invoice number and the reason for the return.
2. Review & approval We will check whether a goodwill return is possible and quote the estimated costs. The fee is at least 15% net.
3. Return in original condition Only unused, fault-free goods in their original packaging and accompanied by supporting documents can be processed.
