Transparent information for business customers: As a B2B shop, mag-kabel.de exclusively supplies businesses in accordance with § 14 BGB (German Civil Code). Therefore, there is generally no statutory right of withdrawal. In certain cases, a return may be possible as a gesture of goodwill – please always enquire in advance.

The shop is aimed at trade, commerce and industry. Orders are only accepted in the exercise of a commercial or self-employed professional activity. Commercial customers generally have no right of withdrawal.

Returns on a goodwill basis

If we allow a return without defect as a gesture of goodwill, fees may apply (e.g. storage, handling). A minimum restocking fee of 15% of the net value of the goods will be charged.

  • Please enquire in advance, as costs may vary from case to case.
  • Returns only with express approval.
  • The delivery note and/or invoice must be presented.
  • Goods must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
  • Custom-made products and items not regularly in stock are excluded from exchange.

This is how a goodwill request works in practice

The following procedure helps us to quickly decide whether and under what conditions a goodwill return is possible:

1) Send request Provide the item number(s), quantity, delivery note number/invoice number and the reason for the return.
2) Review & approval We will check whether a goodwill return is possible and quote the estimated costs (at least 15% net).
3) Return in original condition Only unused, undamaged goods in their original packaging (with receipts) can be processed.

Note: Please do not return goods without prior approval – this will help you avoid delays and unnecessary costs.
