Transparent information for business customers: As a B2B shop, mag-kabel.de supplies goods exclusively to businesses in accordance with Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB). Returns as a gesture of goodwill

If we allow a return without any defect as a gesture of goodwill, fees may apply, for example for storage and handling. A restocking fee of at least 15% of the net value of the goods will be charged.

  • Returns are only permitted with express authorisation.
  • The delivery note and/or invoice must be provided.
  • Goods must be returned in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
  • Custom-made items and items not held in stock are excluded from exchange.

How a goodwill return request works in practice

To help us decide quickly whether a goodwill return is possible and under what conditions, please follow this procedure:

1. Submit a request Please provide the item number(s), quantity, delivery note number/invoice number and the reason for the return.
2. Review & goodwill offer We will check whether a goodwill return is possible and inform you of the terms and the estimated costs. The fee is at least 15% of the net value of the goods.
3. Confirm the goodwill offer: If our offer meets your expectations, a brief confirmation by email is sufficient.
4. Receive RMA number Once we have received your confirmation, we will send you an RMA number to ensure your return is clearly identified and processed.
5. Return the goods Please do not return the goods until you have received the RMA number. We can only process unused, undamaged goods in their original packaging and accompanied by the necessary documentation.
