Here you will find the most important information about shipping costs, minimum quantity surcharges, minimum order values and payment processing. Shipping is carried out from our logistics location in Lengede (Lower Saxony).

Small quantities: £9.00 to £40.00 goods value Free delivery only in the online shop & only within the United Kingdom 3% online discount only for online shop orders

Important: Free delivery and 3% online discount apply exclusively to webshop orders via mag-kabel.de with a delivery address within Germany. Orders placed by telephone, email or fax are processed without the 3% online discount due to the additional effort involved; in this case, shipping costs are calculated according to expenditure.

Minimum quantity surcharge & minimum order value

For orders with a total value of up to £40.00, we charge a small order surcharge of £9.00.

Why is there a small order surcharge?

For very small orders, picking, packing and processing are proportionally more significant. The surcharge therefore applies to orders with a value of up to £40.00.

Does "free delivery" also apply to orders placed by telephone, email or fax?

No. Free delivery applies exclusively to webshop orders within Germany. For orders placed by telephone, email or fax, shipping costs are calculated according to expenditure.

Does the 3% online discount also apply to orders placed by telephone, email or fax?

No. The 3% online discount is a webshop discount and only applies to orders placed directly via mag-kabel.de.

What payment methods are available?

The available payment methods are displayed during the ordering process. Depending on customer status and verification, purchase on account may be possible.
