Why is the 3% online discount only available in the webshop?
The discount is a webshop benefit and applies only when the order is placed directly via mag-kabel.de. Orders placed manually via email, telephone or fax are excluded.
Does free delivery also apply to orders placed by email, telephone or fax?
No. Free delivery within Germany applies only to web shop orders. For manual orders, delivery charges are calculated on a cost basis.
Is purchase on account possible?
Within Germany, purchase on account is generally possible. We reserve the right to carry out an internal check and approval on a case-by-case basis. For new customers outside Germany, the first delivery is always subject to payment in advance or via PayPal.
Why is there a minimum order surcharge?
For very small orders, the costs of picking, packing and processing are proportionally higher. The surcharge applies to orders up to €40.00.
Note: Orders by email are possible in special cases at order@mag-kabel.de. These orders are processed manually and do not count as webshop orders.
