Here you will find the most important information about shipping costs, minimum quantity surcharges, minimum order values and payment processing. Shipments are made from our logistics location in Lengede (Lower Saxony) – for customers in Germany and many EU countries.

Small order surcharge & minimum order value

For orders with a total value of up to £40.00, we charge a small order surcharge of £9.00.

EU No minimum order value (up to £40.00 plus £9.00 small order surcharge)
Non-EU No minimum order value (up to £40.00 plus £9.00 small order surcharge)
Overseas £250.00 net goods value (excluding shipping)

Payment

The available payment methods are displayed during the ordering process and may vary depending on customer status. In the B2B environment, purchase on account is possible (after activation/verification).

Orders outside the web shop

We cannot offer a fixed shipping rate for orders that are not placed directly via mag-kabel.de. In this case, shipping costs will be calculated individually based on the actual costs incurred.

Why is there a small order surcharge?

For very small orders, picking, packing and processing are proportionally more significant. The surcharge therefore applies to orders with a value of up to £40.00.

Does the flat-rate shipping fee also apply to orders placed by email?

No. Outside the web shop, shipping costs are calculated according to expenditure. For the simplest and usually most cost-effective solution, we recommend ordering directly via mag-kabel.de.
