Product description
The DINIC OM4 outdoor fibre-optic cable is a pre-terminated multimode breakout cable with OM4 fibres in 50/125 µm. The 200 m version is fitted with LC connectors at both ends and has four fibres (4G). It is suitable for professional fibre-optic connections between components with matching LC interfaces.
The U-DQ(ZN)BH cable construction is designed for outdoor and transition installations. A layer of E-glass yarn serves as an additional barrier against rodents. The black cable has an outer diameter of 7 mm and a specified bend radius of 140 mm.

Compatibility
Designed for multimode OM4 links with LC interfaces, including fibre optic patch panels with LC connectors, LC couplers or adaptors, and active network components with compatible multimode transceivers and LC ports. The port and polarisation configuration must be taken into account in accordance with the respective patch plan.
Notes
A pull-through aid is not included with this cable version. As it is reusable, the MAG pull-through aid is available separately as an accessory.
Selection and practical guidance
The specified maximum transmission distances are guide values and depend, amongst other things, on the transceivers used, the attenuation budget and the installation conditions.
For 40 and 100 Gbit/s, the product information specifies up to 150 m as a guide value in each case. When using the full cable length of 200 m, the intended transmission technology should therefore be checked against the specific active components and the available attenuation budget.
