The DINIC fibre optic adapter LC/APC female to SC/APC female single-mode simplex DINIC box is a fibre optic adapter for the direct connection of LC/APC- and SC/APC-based single-mode patch cables. The female-to-female design allows pre-terminated cables to be connected without the need for additional splicing work.

The adapter is suitable for installations where different connector types need to be combined, for example when transitioning from LC-based patch cables to SC-based connection components. The simplex version connects a single fibre and facilitates clear organisation in patch panels, distribution panels and connection sockets.
