Product description
The DINIC Cat.7 patch cable, 1.00 m in length, connects network components via two RJ45 connectors. The RJ45 connectors are Cat.6A-compliant, whilst the Cat.7 cable used is tested up to 600 MHz and supports 10GBASE-T transmission.
The S/FTP construction combines foil-shielded wire pairs (PiMF) with an additional braided shield. The eight wires are made of copper and are rated at AWG 26. The red LSZH jacket is halogen-free. This makes the patch cable suitable for applications including structured network cabling, patch panels, server and network cabinets, and shielded Ethernet runs.

Compatibility
The patch cable is designed for active and passive network components with an RJ45 Ethernet socket. These include, amongst others, switches, routers, firewalls, servers, patch panels, data sockets, media converters, as well as IP telephony and telecommunications systems. For PoE+, the network components used must support IEEE 802.3at.
Selection and practical guidance
The red sheath colour allows for clear visual identification of network links, for example in a patch panel or network cabinet.
For projects requiring different lengths, colours or connector configurations, bespoke assemblies can be requested.
