The DINIC Premium Cat.7 patch cable, 10.00 m in length, connects network components via two RJ45 connectors in Cat.6A specification. The Cat.7 raw cable used is tested up to 600 MHz and supports 10GBase-T as well as 10/100/1000 BASE-T. This makes the cable suitable for professional network connections between active components, patch panels and end devices.

The S/FTP construction combines foil shielding of the individual wire pairs with an additional braided shield. The inner conductors are made of copper and are specified as AWG 26. The contact surfaces of the RJ45 connectors feature 50 µ gold-plated pins. The pin assignment complies with EIA/TIA 568B.

The red LSZH sheath aids the visual identification of network links. Slimline kink-protection sleeves, marked with length indications and featuring snap-fit protection, facilitate installation and handling, particularly in patch panels and network cabinets.

The patch cable is designed for network components and end devices with an RJ45 interface (8P8C). These include, amongst others, switches, routers, patch panels, network sockets and server network interfaces.

It supports 10GBase-T as well as 10/100/1000 BASE-T. The actual data rate achievable depends on the devices used and the overall network path.

When selecting this cable, please note that whilst the cable consists of Cat.7 raw cable, the pre-terminated RJ45 connectors are of the Cat.6A type.

The red sheath colour can be used to identify specific network segments or connection types. The cable length indicated on the kink-protection sleeve facilitates identification during installation and maintenance.
