Product description
The DINIC Premium Cat.7 patch cable, 2.00 m in length, connects network components via two RJ45 connectors. The connectors are Cat.6A-compliant, whilst the shielded Cat.7 cable is tested up to 600 MHz. This makes the green patch cable suitable for 10GBASE-T as well as for existing 10/100/1000BASE-T networks.
The S/FTP construction combines pair-by-pair foil shielding of the four wire pairs with an additional overall braided shield. The conductors are made of 100% copper in AWG 26. The halogen-free LSZH sheath, latch tab protection and slimline kink protection sleeves with length markings support use in professional network, rack and distribution installations.

Compatibility
Suitable for active and passive network components with RJ45 Ethernet sockets, including switches, routers, firewalls, servers, IP telecoms and VoIP systems, access points, IP cameras, patch panels and data sockets. The cable can also be used in existing Cat.5e, Cat.6 and Cat.6A infrastructures.
Selection and practical guidance
The cable itself is rated as Cat.7 and tested up to 600 MHz. The two RJ45 connectors are Cat.6A-compliant. This distinction is particularly relevant when documenting structured network cabling.
The green sheath colour and the length markings on the Slimline kink-protection sleeves make it easier to identify connections in patch panels and network cabinets.
