Product description
The green DINIC Cat.7 patch cable, 0.50 m in length, is a pre-terminated network cable with two RJ45 connectors in a Cat.6A-compliant design. The Cat.7 cable construction has been tested up to 600 MHz and is designed for 10 Gigabit Ethernet or 10GBase-T. The cable also supports 10/100/1000 BASE-T in a suitable network infrastructure.
For shielding, the wire pairs are individually wrapped in metal foil and supplemented by an additional overall braided shield. This S/FTP construction supports low-interference data transmission in professional network environments. The inner conductors are made of copper and are rated at AWG 26.
The RJ45 connectors feature 50 µ gold-plated contact surfaces, latch tab protection and a slimline kink-protection sleeve with length markings. The LSZH outer sheath is halogen-free. The green version can be used within a documented cabling scheme to visually distinguish between different network segments.

Compatibility
Suitable for network devices and passive components with an RJ45 Ethernet port (8P8C), such as switches, routers, patch panels, network sockets, servers and network cards. Supports 10/100/1000 BASE-T as well as 10GBase-T in appropriately configured infrastructure and PoE+ applications in accordance with IEEE 802.3at.
Selection and practical guidance
The 0.50 m length is suitable for short patch runs within a network cabinet and between network components situated close together. If the cable is routed over cable management brackets or where port spacing is greater, a correspondingly longer version should be selected.
The green cable colour can be used in a structured cabling system for the visual identification of defined ports, services or network segments. The specific colour assignment should be defined in the relevant documentation concept.
