Product description
The DINIC Cat.7 patch cable, 2.00 m in length, connects active and passive network components via two RJ45 connectors. The connectors are Cat.6A-compliant, whilst the Cat.7 cable construction is tested up to 600 MHz. This pre-assembled copper cable is suitable for 10GBase-T as well as 10/100/1000 BASE-T in appropriately designed network infrastructures.
The S/FTP construction combines individually metal-foil-shielded wire pairs (PiMF) with an additional overall braid shield. AWG 26 copper is used as the inner conductor. The LSZH sheath is halogen-free.
The cable is suitable for PoE+ in accordance with IEEE 802.3at for powering compatible network devices via the data line. The blue Slimline kink-protection sleeves are marked with length indicators; a latch tab guard protects the locking mechanism of the RJ45 connectors during patching and maintenance work.

Compatibility
The patch cable is designed for active and passive network components with an RJ45 Ethernet port (8P8C), including switches, routers, firewalls, servers, patch panels, network sockets, media converters and network interface cards.
It supports 10/100/1000 BASE-T and 10GBase-T in a cabling and component structure suitable for these standards. PoE+ devices can be used in accordance with IEEE 802.3at.
Selection and practical guidance
The 2.00 m version is suitable for patch connections between RJ45 ports where this cable length is compatible with the existing installation. For 10GBase-T and PoE+, the other network components used must also support the respective requirements.
