Where will the device be connected?

The destination country determines the mains plug and any required market compliance testing.

Selected target market: Germany / Europe
Typical approvals / test marks: VDE / ENEC – depending on the item

For national mains cables, the test marks actually displayed on the specific item are decisive.

Tip: For export and OEM purposes, always check the specific item’s certification for the target market.

What type of input does your device have?

Select the connection on the device. The correct cable connection will be assigned automatically.

In the case of connection cables, C13, C15 and C19 usually refer to the connector on the cable; the device itself may have, for example, a C14, C16 or C20.

Important: The Cable Finder is a selection guide. The technical data, rated values, approvals and markings of the specific product, as well as the device manufacturer’s specifications, are binding.
Check the device input first: C14 connects to C13, C16 to C15, C20 to C19, C6 to C5 and C8 to C7.
Note approval requirements for export: The plug shape alone is not sufficient. Depending on the market, product-specific test marks and approvals may be required.
Do you require a customised version? Different lengths, colours, cross-sections, angles, packaging or connector configurations can be requested on a project-by-project basis.
