Product description
The active USB 2.0 extension cable (USB-A plug to USB-A socket) with a length of 5.00 m is designed to extend the reach of USB connections. The integrated active signal processing acts as a repeater and supports transmission over greater distances compared to a purely passive extension cable.
The black cable is double-shielded and has a conductor configuration of 2× AWG 28 (1P) / 2× AWG 26 in accordance with UL 2725. This model is particularly suitable for professional IT installations, system integration, service and test stations, and for connecting USB peripherals. The interface supports USB 2.0 and is backwards compatible with USB 1.x devices.
