Description: black
The DINIC adapter cable connects DisplayPort outputs of PCs, notebooks, docking stations or workstations with HDMI inputs on monitors, displays, projectors and AV end devices. Thanks to the gold-plated contacts and the combined foil and braided shielding, it is designed for long-term use in installation and integration environments.
The DisplayPort side has a locking mechanism that reduces unintentional disconnection from the source device - advantageous for moving workstations, in server cabinets or with strain-relieved cable paths.
Note on signal direction: DisplayPort to HDMI cables and passive adapters only work in one direction (DP → HDMI). Transmission from HDMI source to DisplayPort display requires an active converter (signal converter).
