Product description

The 1 m DisplayPort 1.4 cable connects devices with full-size DisplayPort sockets and transmits digital video and audio signals. Both ends of the cable are fitted with DisplayPort plugs. With a bandwidth of up to 32.4 Gbit/s according to HBR3, the cable supports resolutions of up to 8K at 60 Hz.

For applications requiring high refresh rates, it also supports up to 5K at 120 Hz and 4K at 240 Hz. The actual resolution and refresh rate achievable depend on the connected devices, the signal mode used and the colour sampling.

The cable construction utilises AWG 30 copper conductors and triple shielding comprising laminated PIMF aluminium foil, additional aluminium foil and an aluminium braid. Moulded connectors, kink protection and the locking mechanism on the DisplayPort connector support use in workplace, AV, installation and service environments.
