This DisplayPort 1.4 cable is used for the digital transmission of image and sound signals between DisplayPort-capable end devices, e.g. graphics cards, workstations, docking solutions, monitors, TVs or projectors. With a bandwidth of up to 32.4 Gbit/s, it is suitable for high-resolution applications up to 8K/60 Hz and high refresh rates in 4K mode - depending on the GPU/display, signal mode and colour sampling.

The cable is designed for stable signal quality for professional use: The triple shielding reduces EM influences, while the moulded connectors with kink protection increase the mechanical resilience in everyday installation and service work. The integrated locking mechanism on the DP connector supports a secure connection on ports that are difficult to access.

Backwards compatibility with DisplayPort 1.3/1.2/1.1 facilitates integration into existing installations.
