Product description
The DINIC 45 W USB-C charger with Power Delivery 3.0 and PPS is supplied with a 1.5 m USB-C to USB-C cable. The set is designed to power compatible smartphones, tablets, laptops and other USB-C devices, and is particularly suitable for professional workstations, roll-outs and service environments.
Via USB Power Delivery 3.0, the power supply provides fixed output profiles ranging from 5.0 V to 20.0 V with a maximum of 45 W. In addition, the charger supports PPS (Programmable Power Supply) in the range from 5.0 to 11.0 V with up to 4.1 A and a maximum of 45 W. This allows PPS-compatible devices to dynamically adjust the charging parameters within this range.
The 100–240 V AC input at 50/60 Hz allows operation on different mains supplies. The included USB-C cable connects the power supply’s USB-C output directly to a compatible USB-C device.

Compatibility
The charger is suitable for devices with a USB-C charging port that support USB Power Delivery. The PPS function can be used by devices that explicitly support PPS.
Depending on power requirements and device support, these include, amongst others, smartphones, tablets and selected USB-C laptops. The actual voltage and charging power used are negotiated between the power supply and the compatible device.
Selection and practical guidance
The key factor in selection is the USB PD power requirement of the device to be connected. The power supply provides a maximum of 45 W. Devices with higher power requirements cannot therefore be supplied with power exceeding 45 W.
PPS is only used if the connected device supports this function. Otherwise, power is supplied via a compatible Power Delivery profile.
