The Toslink cable with an outer diameter of 2 mm and a length of 2.00 m is designed for digital audio transmission via S/PDIF interface. The optical signal routing enables galvanic isolation between source and sink and reduces interference caused by electrical interference, which often occurs in AV racks, media technology installations or IT environments.

The slim cable design with a diameter of only approx. 2 mm facilitates installation in narrow cable ducts, behind devices or through existing cable guides. The black sheath and compact plastic plugs blend unobtrusively into existing installations and are suitable for both permanent installations and temporary cabling, e.g. in conference or training rooms.

The standardised Toslink plugs on both sides enable use on common outputs and inputs of AV receivers, TV sets, set-top boxes, Blu-ray players, games consoles, DACs and soundbars. Thanks to the optical transmission, the cable is insensitive to hum loops and ground differences, which often occur in professional audio setups.
