Cable description

The Toslink cable from the DINIC Monaco range is used to transmit digital audio signals via fibre optic cables between devices with optical input or output. The slim 4 mm cable diameter facilitates installation in cable ducts, AV racks and media furniture, while the metal connectors ensure a permanently stable plug connection for professional use.

The cable is fitted with Toslink plugs on both ends. If required, each plug can be adapted to mini Toslink (3.5 mm optical connection) using the two adapters supplied. This means that end devices with a mini-Toslink socket can also be connected without having to keep a separate special cable in stock - reducing the number of variants in the warehouse and increasing flexibility of use.

The white sheath colour supports unobtrusive routing on light-coloured walls, in presentation areas and office environments and facilitates visual assignment in installations with colour-coded cabling.
