Product description

The DINIC HQ Toslink cable with a length of 1.5 metres is designed for the optical transmission of digital audio signals in accordance with S/PDIF. The signals are transmitted light-based via a polymer optical fibre (POF), making the cable insensitive to electrical and magnetic interference. This enables stable and reproducible signal transmission in professional audio and media setups.

The moulded Toslink connectors are equipped with gold-plated CuZnNi contacts and housed in an anodised metal housing. The integrated kink protection reduces mechanical stress on the plug connection and increases long-term reliability with frequent mating and in permanently installed environments.

The round cable is constructed with a PVC jacket and also has a black textile fabric outer jacket. This combination increases abrasion resistance, improves the feel and facilitates clean installation in visible areas of racks, media furniture and conference systems. With a diameter of approx. 6 mm, the cable is mechanically robust and at the same time flexible enough for standard installation situations.
