This active HDMI 2.0 AOC fibre optic cable is designed for professional installations where HDMI signals need to be transmitted reliably over long distances. Thanks to the AOC (Active Optical Cable) design, high-resolution audio/video signals are routed via fibre optic lines, which makes the transmission at 30 m significantly less sensitive to typical attenuation and interference than with purely copper-based HDMI cables.
The cable is directional. For correct function, the connection direction must be observed using the connector labelling: "Source" to the HDMI output device (e.g. PC, MAC, receiver) and "DISPLAY" to the HDMI input device (e.g. monitor, display, TV).
Item status: End-of-Life (EOL) - no longer available in the regular range (depending on stock).
