Halogen-free LSZH power cables
DINIC’s halogen-free mains cables connect the European mains supply to compatible electrical appliances. Models are available with a Euro plug type C to IEC C7, as well as a CEE 7/7 earth-contacted plug to IEC C13.
The LSZH cable sheath is designed to minimise smoke emission and is free from halogen-containing sheathing materials. This makes the cables particularly suitable for professional cabling in sensitive indoor areas and technical installations with heightened requirements for preventive fire safety.

Selecting halogen-free power cables to suit your needs
The choice depends on the mains plug, the connection on the appliance, the required cable length and the technical specifications of the project in question. The following guidelines will help you select the appropriate DINIC LSZH version.
Euro plug type C to IEC C7
Two-pin mains connection cable for compatible devices with an IEC C7 connector, such as smaller IT, AV or electronic devices.
Length 1.80 m, 0.75 mm², VDE
CEE 7/7 to IEC C13
Earthing-protected mains cable with an angled CEE 7/7 plug for PCs, monitors, IT hardware and other devices with an IEC C14 input.
1.80 / 3.00 / 5.00 m 1.0 mm² VDE
Typical applications
LSZH power cables are primarily used where project planning involves specific requirements regarding smoke emission and halogen-free sheathing materials.

Advantages of the LSZH sheathing material
- Low smoke emission in the event of a fire compared with conventional PVC-sheathed cables
- No halogen-containing materials in the cable sheath
- Reduced risk of corrosive, halogen-containing fire gases
- A sensible option for sensitive indoor areas and technical infrastructures
- DINIC brand quality from MAG GmbH’s B2B range
What to look out for when making your selection
- The mains plug and IEC device connector must be suitable for the application
- Select a cable length that is as short as possible and as long as necessary
- Take into account the conductor cross-section and the product’s rated electrical specifications
- Check the installation environment and project-specific fire safety requirements
- For bulk orders, note the volume discounts and available stock levels
Planning note: The suitability of a power cable for a specific fire safety, building or plant concept must be checked against the technical project specifications and the relevant product data.
