This IEC 60320 extension cable connects IEC 60320 interfaces in a professional environment and is used when an existing supply line/connection path between IEC C13 and IEC C20 needs to be extended or adapted. The 3-wire design with protective earth (PE) supports standardised wiring in IT and AV installations.

The H05VV-F version (PVC/PVC) is designed for typical indoor use and offers a robust sheath quality for installation, laying and recurring conversions in rack rows, technical rooms and workshop environments. The length of 5.0 m extends the range for remote PDUs/UPSs, test set-ups or temporary installations.

Note on the design: The permissible current carrying capacity depends on the cable, environment and the respective limiting plug face (C13 side typically up to 10 A in the IEC environment).
