This fibre optic armoured cable is designed as an OM3 multimode duplex cable for reliable, low-loss data transmission in professional network infrastructures. The LC/LC connector in duplex design supports typical patch and cross-connect scenarios in distributors, racks and floor distributors.

The armoured structure (steel protection) in combination with reinforcing layers (e.g. Kevlar and braiding, depending on the series) increases resistance to crushing, impact loads and mechanical influences. The LSZH sheath reduces smoke development and corrosive gases when exposed to heat and is therefore suitable for structured building cabling and technical rooms. The integrated rodent protection addresses cable routes with an increased risk of exposure to animals.
