Product description

The DINIC DisplayPort to HDMI cable DP-HDMI-1PB connects a DisplayPort output to an HDMI Type-A input. The 1.00 m long, black adapter cable features a 20-pin DisplayPort plug with a locking mechanism and an HDMI Type A plug. It supports a maximum resolution of 1920 × 1200 at 60 Hz.

The cable is passive and unidirectional. The intended signal direction runs from the DisplayPort source to the HDMI display device. It can be used, for example, with PCs, laptops, docking stations or graphics cards with a DisplayPort output, and with monitors, displays, projectors or TV sets with an HDMI input.

The cable construction comprises AWG 32 conductors as well as foil and braided shielding. The DisplayPort connector features a locking mechanism, and the contacts are gold-plated. Each cable is individually packaged in a DINIC polybag.

Notes

Note the signal direction: The cable is passive and unidirectional. It works from a DisplayPort source to an HDMI input. An active signal converter is required for the reverse direction (HDMI → DisplayPort).

Before purchasing, check the connectors and the required signal direction. The maximum specified resolution is 1920 × 1200 at 60 Hz. This passive cable is not intended for installations with an HDMI source and a DisplayPort input.
