The F connector (F socket/F socket) is used as a coupling for the mechanically secure and electrically reliable connection of two coaxial lines if an F plug (male) is present at both ends of the line. Typical applications are the extension of existing SAT/BK lines and the coupling of measuring and service lines.

The metal design supports a resilient connection in everyday installation work. The integrated anti-twist protection helps to minimise twisting of the coupling when screwing - particularly advantageous in confined installation situations and during repeated service work, as tensile and torsional loads on the cable end can be reduced.
