The DINIC YL-3212L-2 mains adapter serves as a compact intermediate solution between an IEC 60320 C13 cold appliance coupler on the mains cable/PDU and the IEC 60320 C14 appliance inlet. The horizontal design, which is angled downwards by 90°, ensures that the outlet direction is directed downwards, minimising collisions with rack doors, cable trays or neighbouring slots.

In professional installations, the angled adapter supports defined cable routing and relieves the connection area on the device, as tight bending radii directly at the inlet are avoided. This is particularly advantageous with high packing density and recurring service work.

The illustration of the plug is decisive, as the designation left/right/up/down angled depends on the respective point of view.
