Description
The DINIC Y adapter connects end devices with a combined 4-pin 3.5 mm headset/audio socket to headsets that have two separate 3.5 mm jack plugs for headphones and microphone. Typical end devices are notebooks, PCs, tablets, smartphones or games consoles with a 4-pin jack socket.
The 4-pin 3.5 mm jack plug feeds the signals out to two 3-pin 3.5 mm jack sockets so that headsets with separate audio and microphone connections can continue to be used. The compact Y-shaped design with a cable length of 0.15 m enables space-saving and clearly organised cabling in the workplace, rack or system environment.
Gold-plated contacts ensure reliable contact and minimise contact resistance, especially with frequent reconnection in professional use. The plastic housing on the plugs and sockets is designed for everyday use in the IT and AV environment.
