Cable description
The F-connector couples two coaxial cables, each of which is assembled with an F-connector. This allows existing cable runs in SAT and BK distributions to be quickly extended or temporary connections to be made for measurement, service and maintenance tasks.
The hexagonal centre section serves as anti-twist protection and also provides a spanner attachment. In practice, this facilitates torque-controlled installation - especially in distribution boards, technical cabinets or tight installation situations - and reduces unintentional twisting of the connected cables.
