The adapter converts a USB-C interface (plug) to a USB-A socket (USB 3.0) and thus enables the use of existing USB-A devices, cables and peripherals on USB-C ports. Thanks to the OTG functionality, the adapter is designed for scenarios in which end devices are connected directly to each other or to USB-A accessories.

The short design (0.20 m) supports practical cable routing, reduces tensile forces at the device slot and facilitates use in confined installation and work areas (e.g. docking ports, front panels or service connections).
