The YL-2246 power adapter provides the mechanical interface adaptation of devices with a Swiss mains plug system (type J / type 13, 3-pin) to the CEE 7/7 mains connection (combined type E/F plug) commonly used in many European installations. This makes the adapter suitable for professional applications in which CH devices have to be operated temporarily or permanently on CEE 7/7 infrastructures (e.g. service assignments, system integration, rollouts).

Thanks to the combined CEE 7/7 design, earthing is possible both via earthing contact surfaces (type F) and via earthing pins (type E) - compatible with typical Schuko and FR socket outlet environments.
