This connection cable connects the mains supply via an earthing contact plug (CEE 7/7, type E/F) with an IEC 60320 C5 appliance plug (cloverleaf). The cable construction with 3×0.75 mm² and the cable type H05VV-F support a stable power supply for typical IT and AV end devices such as notebook power supply units, projectors or compact peripherals.

The 90° angled plug on the mains side is optimised for tight installation situations (e.g. behind racks, PDUs, wall sockets or densely populated socket strips). This allows the cable routing to be more space-saving and reduces the mechanical load on the plug body with a shallow installation depth.
