Description: black
This mains cable connects a European earthed power supply (CEE 7/7, type E+F) to appliances that use an IEC 60320 C14 appliance inlet (counterpart to the C13 coupling). The IEC-Lock™ locking mechanism on the C13 cold appliance coupler reduces the risk of unintentional disconnection, e.g. due to vibration, pulling or cramped cable routing in racks.
The 90° angled plug on the mains side supports a space-saving installation, especially with low installation depth behind servers, PCs, monitors or PDUs. Note: The illustration of the plug is decisive, as the designation left/right/top/bottom angled depends on the respective point of view.
The plug is unlocked by pressing the locking lever on the C13 coupling. This ensures that the power supply remains stable and easy to maintain in environments subject to vibration or tensile stress.
