This DINIC mains connection cable connects a UK type G mains supply to devices that use an IEC 60320 C16 appliance socket (counterpart to the C15 hot appliance coupling). The C15 version is designed for hot appliance applications and is typically used where higher thermal requirements occur at the appliance connection compared to C13/C14.

The type G plug is equipped with an integrated 10A fuse. In conjunction with the 3-core H05V2V2-F cable (3G 1.0 mm²), the cable is suitable for robust use in professional installations - e.g. in IT infrastructures, technical operating environments or when equipping devices for international locations.
