Plug type D (YP-81)
The IS-1293 plug (Indian standard) is similar to the BS546 standard and is used in about 40 different countries according to IEC. The Type D version is rated at 6A or 10A and is physically smaller than the Type M, but with the same form factor. It has 3 round pins that form an isosceles triangle. The ground pin is wider and longer than the N & L pins to allow the protective plates to be released on the live and neutral wires. Even if the outlet does not have protective plates, the longer ground pin is necessary to make initial contact before the plug becomes active. When pulled out, the live contacts are disconnected before the ground connection is disconnected.

Plug C13 (YC-12)
IEC 60320-C13 cold appliance plug is used for power connection of devices which do not generate heat during operation. The maximum temperature of the plug must not exceed 70°C and the maximum current flow is fixed at 10A. Cold appliance plugs do not fit into warm or hot appliance sockets.
