This mains adapter enables the mechanical and electrical adaptation of EU earthing contact plugs to Australian/China type I sockets. The version with screwed housing is designed for robust handling and is particularly suitable for recurring use in service, rollout and temporary installations.
The adapter is designed as a passive plug-in adapter and is used for mating face adaptation; voltage or frequency conversion is not included. Its suitability for use therefore depends on the mains system and device authorisation at the destination.
