USB 3.1 Gen 2 becomes USB 3.2

The USB Implementers Forum has published the USB 3.2 specifications. The already known original standards USB 3.0 and USB 3.1 will be renamed as part of the USB 3.2 introduction. Only cables with a USB C to C connector can transfer at a maximum of 20 Gbit/s, which corresponds to "USB 3.2 Gen 2x2" (old designation USB 3.1 Gen 2)
