Cable description

The DINIC Cat.6 flat patch cable is designed for Gigabit Ethernet applications and connects network components such as switches, routers, patch panels and end devices in structured copper cabling. Thanks to its flat design with a cross-section of only approx. 1.5mm x 6.1mm, the cable is particularly suitable for installations in narrow installation paths, under floor coverings, behind skirting boards or in furniture and cable ducts.

The shielded PiMF/STP construction with pairs of conductors shielded in metal foil reduces interference and crosstalk and supports stable signal transmission in professional environments. The fine AWG36 conductors enable a very flexible cable, which facilitates installation over short distances and in tight radii.

RJ45 connectors moulded on both sides with gold-plated contacts and moulded strain relief ensure a mechanically robust connection and reduce the risk of cable breakage in the connector area. The white jacket colour supports a visually unobtrusive installation in offices, conference areas and visible IT installations.

The cable is supplied in a DINIC polybag with a Euro hole. The compact packaging facilitates storage, order picking and presentation in specialised stores or technical warehouses.
