Description: black
The DINIC HDMI to DVI-D connection cable is suitable for connecting HDMI sources to displays/projectors with a DVI-D input and for DVI-D sources to HDMI displays if only a digital video signal is required. HDMI and DVI-D utilise compatible TMDS signal transmission, which enables passive adaptation without active electronics.
The double-shielded cable construction supports low-interference signal routing in professional environments (e.g. in the vicinity of power supply units, KVM components or bundled cabling). Gold-plated contacts improve the contact quality with frequent plugging and in installation-related application scenarios.
Note on signal routing: DVI-D does not transmit an audio signal. When using HDMI on DVI-D, audio must be routed separately (e.g. analogue, S/PDIF or via a separate audio interface), depending on the source and target system.
