Description

The connection cable connects fibre optic routers, ONTs or media converters to the existing LC/APC interface in the FTTH/FTTB network. It is a simplex OS2 singlemode cable with LC/APC 8° connectors on both ends, designed for high-performance point-to-point data connections on singlemode infrastructure.

The 2.0 mm round cable construction enables space-saving and easy routing in patch panels, house distributors and router environments. The LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) jacket reduces the development of smoke and harmful gases in the event of a fire, which supports use in areas with increased safety requirements, such as office buildings, technical rooms and IT infrastructures.

The length of 30 m is suitable for connections between the fibre optic termination point and the end device over longer distances, e.g. between the house transfer point and the router location, between the distribution cabinet and the workplace or between different rooms or floors, without creating additional splice or coupling points in the route. The white jacket colour facilitates visually neutral integration into existing installations.
