Advantages:
The C15 and C16 are similar to C 13/14. However, the C16 connection has a lock that prevents the connection of a C13 plug. The C15 still fits into the C14 appliance connection. This means that a Dinic hot appliance cable can be connected to a computer, for example, but a cold appliance cable cannot be connected to a hotplate.
