Cable description
The DINIC Cat.8.1 Premium patch cable is a twisted pair patch cable for structured copper cabling with RJ45 connection technology. The design up to 2000 MHz and up to 40 Gbit/s supports high-performance connections between patch panel, switch, server and storage components.
The S/FTP double shielding combines paired metal foil shielding (PIMF) with a braided shield as an overall shield. This minimises external interference and crosstalk between wire pairs - advantageous for high frequencies and densely occupied cable paths.
Solid copper conductors (AWG 26) and 50µ gold-plated RJ45 contact surfaces support a contact-stable, long-lasting connection. Latching lug protection and slimline kink protection make patching easier and reduce the load on the connector in rack and patch panel operation.
