Cable description
The DINIC Cat.7 Premium patch cable is designed for high-performance copper network links in professional IT and building cabling systems. The combination of paired shielding (PIMF) and additional overall shielding (braiding) reduces interference (EMI) and supports stable data transmission up to 10 Gigabit Ethernet at up to 600 MHz (tested).
Gold-plated contact surfaces (50 µ) improve contact reliability with frequent connection/disconnection, e.g. in patch panels, switch and server ports. The LSZH cable sheath (halogen-free) is relevant for environments in which reduced smoke and corrosive gas development is required on the material side (e.g. technical rooms, corridors, data centre environments).
The design with latching nose protection and anti-kink grommet supports long-lasting assembly in daily installation and service use; the length labelling on the grommet facilitates assignment in the patch panel.
