Description: black
The adapter is used to adapt HDMI type A to a DVI socket (24+5) and enables the connection of DVI cabling to HDMI sources in a professional environment (e.g. IT rollout, conference technology, KVM/display peripherals).
The gold-plated contacts support a long-lasting, contact-stable connection - especially with frequent reconnection in service, test and installation scenarios. The moulded housing increases resistance to tensile and bending stresses in daily use.
Note on function: The adapter has a passive design and requires compatible interfaces (HDMI/DVI use TMDS for digital video). Audio transmission via DVI is generally not provided for due to the system.
