Cable description
This fibre optic patch cable is designed for single-mode applications (OS1, 9/125µ) and is typically used in telecommunications and backbone structures. The duplex design enables parallel transmission in the send and receive direction with compact installation.
The LSZH sheath is halogen-free and supports installations in sensitive environments (e.g. building infrastructure, technical rooms) where low smoke development and reduced corrosive gases are required in the event of fire. The yellow jacket colour is used for quick identification of single-mode routes in the patch field.
Typical ranges (system-dependent): 1/10 Gbit/s up to 40 km and 40/100 Gbit/s up to 10 km.
