Plug type B (YP-12)
The NEMA 5-15P plug has two flat parallel pins for neutral and live conductors and a round longer pin for the earth wire. It should be used for max. 120V, 60Hz.
Plug type C13 (YC-12)
IEC 60320-C13 cold appliance plugs are used for the power connection of appliances that do not generate heat during operation. The maximum temperature of the plug must not exceed 70°C and the maximum current flow is set at 10A. Cold appliance plugs do not fit into warm or hot appliance sockets.
