Description

The 20m fibre optic connection cable is designed for the direct connection of fibre optic routers, ONTs or modems to FTTH termination boxes or transfer points with LC/APC interface. The length of 20m enables flexible device locations between fibre optic junction boxes, network cabinets, floor distributors and workstations without having to provide additional couplings or extensions.

LC/APC 8° connectors (LCA) are pre-assembled on both ends of the cable. The bevelled APC fibre end face with an 8° angle minimises back reflections and supports stable transmission quality on single-mode OS2 links. Thanks to the symmetrical LCA-LCA assembly, the cable is directly compatible with LC/APC WAN ports of fibre optic routers and ONTs as well as with LC/APC-equipped FTTH termination boxes, patch panels and wall distributors.

The halogen-free LSZH sheath (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) reduces smoke and gas development in the event of fire and is therefore designed for installations in commercial, public and residential areas. The compact cable outer diameter of approx. 2.0 mm facilitates routing through narrow installation ducts, flush-mounted and cavity wall boxes as well as confined appliance and cabinet areas and supports structured cable routing in distribution systems.

The white sheath colour ensures visually discreet integration in office environments, technical areas and visible cable routes. Delivery in the DINIC box with Euro hole is designed for specialist retailers, warehousing and mobile service and enables clear length labelling and hanging display at the POS or in the warehouse.
