Description

The DINIC USB-C to Micro-B cable is used to connect hosts with USB Type C (e.g. notebook, PC, docking station, service adapter or USB-C power supply) to end devices, peripherals or existing devices with a Micro-USB Type B socket. This allows Micro-USB devices to continue to be used in professional environments, even though the host side has already been standardised to USB-C.

The interface on the Micro-B side is designed as USB 2.0; data transfer takes place in accordance with the USB 2.0 specification and the capabilities of the connected devices. Charging is supported in parallel, allowing synchronisation and power supply to be covered with a single cable in service and rollout scenarios.

The 0.50 m version is designed for short distances and tidy cable management – e.g. at workstations, test stations or in space-sensitive setups in system environments.
